That is why we offer a comprehensive in-house membership plan to make dental care affordable.

About our membership plans

This is not dental insurance. In fact, many of our patients appreciate the fact that our in-house membership plans are simple, straightforward, and money-saving.

The advantages of Swan Dental memberships include:

• Simplicity – No claim forms, pre-authorizations, maximums, or deductibles
• Affordability – Free basic preventive care (see plan-specific details below) and discounted additional treatments
• Scalability – Simple per-person fee structure allows you to include some or all members of your household

Annual Swan Savings

Pricing

• Adults – $300 per year, per person
• Children age 13 and younger – $200 per year, per person

What is included

• Two dental exams per year
• Two cleanings per year
• Two fluoride treatments per year
• X-rays as needed
• 15 percent discount on other treatments

Program details and guidelines

Our Swan Savings Plans are designed to help uninsured patients enjoy premium quality treatment at an affordable price. They are not meant to be used in conjunction with insurance or with workman’s comp. Additionally, the 15 percent discount only applies to procedures performed in our office by our clinicians. If we refer you to a specialist, the discount will not apply in that person’s office.
