Meet the Team

We’ve been fortunate to call Myrna a part of the Swan Dental family for 13 years. A 23-year industry veteran, Myrna is certified as a dental assistant. She gets great satisfaction from helping to put others at ease, relaxing patients with anxiety or fear about their treatments. You’ll have nothing to fear with Myrna’s friendly, calming manner.

A mother of two beautiful kiddos…. this born- and reared-Arizonan loves hiking and exploring all that Tucson’s great outdoors has to offer. When she’s not on the trails, you may find her making jewelry, dancing, or being her little athletes’ biggest fans at their games.

Brittney appreciates the headaches, pain, and stiffness associated with Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Disorders. From 2007 to 2014, she specialized in TMJ disorders and sleep apnea as a dental assistant. During that time, Brittney also worked as a dental hygienist – a role that she continues to perform exceptionally to this day. Brittney applies her unique expertise with often debilitating conditions when partnering with patients to maintain or improve their oral health.

Brittney earned her Dental Assisting Certificate and Associates of Applied Science – Dental Hygiene from Pima Community College. Her expertise also spans local anesthesia and nitrous oxide.

A native of Long Beach, Calif., Brittney has called Tucson home for almost 30 years. She is a mom to one son and two boxer-mix rescue dogs. Outside of the office, you’ll find her camping, off-roading, and taking in motorsports and movies.

Stephanie’s love of the outdoors and dentistry brought her to Tucson around two years ago. A native of Montana, Stephanie lived in the Seattle, Washington-area for 15 years. After earning her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Dance at the University of Washington, Stephanie found her way to dentistry, and the profession is better because of it! She completed a course of study in dental hygiene at Lake Washington Technical College. In fact, she has concentrated on hygiene for 13 years of her more than 20-year career in the dental field. Our patients benefit from Stephanie’s thirst for knowledge; she looks forward to learning the latest about the field at Continuing Education courses.

Before calling Tucson home, Stephanie also lived in Alaska for three years. As you can probably tell, she loves to travel and you may have a hard time keeping up with her schedule! She hikes, boats, kayaks, and serves as a cheerleader for her three kids who are swimming, gymnastics, flag football, and Tae Kwon Do enthusiasts.

Your treatment is in great hands with Gardenia. She plays an important role in educating patients on treatment plans, and enjoys answering any questions or concerns that you may have. Swan Dental has benefited from Gardenia’s caring approach to patients, and ability to put financial worries at ease, for nine years. She also applies previous experience as a dental assistant when working with patients to make their treatment plans a reality.

A mother of two amazing children, Gardenia is an avid, California-born chef who has lived in Tucson since she was 19.
